Our Sharks class consists of advanced students, and classes for our AGES are also mixed up. 7+

Sharks will build on endurance, begin the introduction to competitive rules and regulations, and work on advanced technique refinement for every stroke. Students must be able to demonstrate adequate endurance, flip turns with freestyle and backstroke, an improved pace with every stroke, and correct technique for every stroke. In addition to our standard water safety and survival practice, students are introduced to the competitive side of swimming with pre team workouts. Students will be swimming full length laps to increase physical strength and endurance while perfecting stroke technique.
