Hammerheads was created to give swimmers a chance to develop their skills towards a lifetime enjoyment of swimming or maybe to join a competitive swim group down the line. Our Hammerhead swimmers will experience a more rigorous training regimen to better prepare them for future endeavors such as high school swim team, lifeguard certification courses or to just develop their fundamentals even further. Our goal at the Lily Pad Swim School is to provide a continuing program for swimmers who have reached this next level of swim. Hammerheads meet for 45 minutes to build endurance and more strength. Students will be challenged with endurance training, general strength and conditioning, and of course continued technique refinement
