Sweet Peas is a specially designed educational gymnastics program for promoting cognitive, physical, and social development in children 6 months to 6 years old. At this stage in a child’s life, they are within an important window of development opportunity, where the architecture of their brain is still being mapped out. They are heavily influenced at this age by enriching early childhood experiences, which will continue to serve them for the rest of their lives.
