You can enroll at ANY TIME in any class with openings. We have online registration or you can also call the office to check the days and times you prefer. Your tuition will be prorated from your start date.
It’s as EASY as 1, 2, 3! You can register online, by phone or in person at the gym.
- Online: You can click on the class times under the Program (it will say ‘Register’) or you can click on the upper far right ‘Registration’ to fill in the Registration Form. Follow the instructions on the Registration Form. Any questions: call 523.1616.
- On the phone: the office can take a credit card over the phone to hold your space in a class. You can download the Registration Form and bring it to the gym before your first class.
- Tuition is pro-rated from your start date so you can start at any time!
If you decide to withdraw from any class, a written notice MUST BE received before the 20th of the month prior to withdrawal so that we do not inadvertently charge your account. If we do not receive written notice for the intention to drop, tuition will be due for the entire month. The withdrawal form can be found at the office.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-ration for dropped classes.
For your convenience, there are 2 payment options for auto-debit. The auto-debit plans guarantee your child’s class status and guarantee no late fees. The automatic debit systems are simpler and more economical plus they guarantee no late fees, no missed sign-ups and no schedule changes.
- Automatic monthly debit from a checking or savings account (we use your canceled/voided check each month)
- Automatic monthly debit from a credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover)
- A credit/debit card or canceled check is required to be on file for everyone
If you would like to opt out of automatic withdrawal, tuition is due one week before the start of the month. If payment is not received in advance, your account will be debited on the first of the month.
We don’t provide refunds. We do allow for your funds to be transferred to your account and used in any of our other programs, snack bar and/or events.
The annual registration fee is a non-refundable administrative fee which is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date each year thereafter:
- 1st Student in a family: $40 per year
- 2nd Student in a family: $30 per year
- 3rd Student in a family: FREE
You pay only one registration fee regardless of how many programs you enroll in. Your registration fee covers ALL programs – you can add Swim or Dance to Gymnastics, for example, and pay only one registration fee for the year PLUS receive a discount on your second or third program’s tuition.
Tuition for all programs is due on the 1st of each month. This helps us simplify our bookkeeping and help us in managing costs.
Gym Magic is proud to offer the best family facility and program in our region. With over 23,500 sq. ft. dedicated to children and their families, Gym Magic offers a special place for children to grow and develop; i.e., learn, laugh & grow. Our emphasis has always been on the whole child and not just the athlete. Programs at Gym Magic have been developed to bring the best of sport and education together as we incorporate the movement/learning connection to promote the ‘process of learning’.
Our staff has been chosen for their ability to teach; for their love of teaching; their love of children; and their love of the sport they teach. They are a special group of dedicated coaches and teachers that strive to bring their best to class each and every day. To provide the very best teachers, curriculums and facility possible simply adds expense. Multi-sport facilities are typically only in large metropolitan areas due to this added expense, but Gym Magic believes the families and children of Las Cruces deserve to have the option of this type of program also.
Please note the extra training required for our teachers and staff (First Aid, CPR, Safety Certification through USAG, USASF Credentials, CPO for the pools, Life Guard plus all the annual preschool trainings and in-house spotting training); the special teaching design for our pools; the heated water for our pools; the in-ground pits and in-ground trampolines for our gym; the floating hardwood floors for our dance studio; the air-conditioned lobbies for our parents for the gym, pool and upstairs areas; the special gym for our preschoolers (away from the active gym floors for added safety); the training on integrative movement and brain development for our programs; the special toddler and preschool-sized gym equipment in a special preschool gym dedicated solely to preschoolers; the special classes given to our preschool students; a nightly cleaning crew…the list could go on and on, but the bottom line is that much has gone into our programs which simply increases our cost of doing business.
We believe a business should be the best it can possibly be while continually striving to improve. We hope you can see and feel the difference.
ES! Siblings receive approximately 10% off tuition plus a discount on the registration fee (see above). Only the most expensive tuition in an immediate family will pay full tuition; all second or third children in a family receive a sibling discount on tuition and registration. We also have multi-class discounts (1) a 50% discount for a second enrollment within the same program and class. (2) a 10% discount on second (third..) enrollment outside of the same program as the first enrollment. Adults with children in our program will not be charged a registration fee.
Tuition remains the same for every month of the year. Your tuition pays for an educational experience and not a specified number of classes. In any given year, some months have four classes and some months have five classes. On occasion, there will be a month with three classes for one reason or another. Over a year, typically, the average is slightly over four classes per month. We make no distinction between long months and short months and we ask you do the same.
