Our Penguins class consists of our youngest advanced Intermediate students at 5-6years old. 

Penguin classes have an emphasis and concentration on skill refinement. In addition to our standard water safety and survival practice, students are introduced to the breaststroke, butterfly stroke, flip turns, and pace and distance swimming. This is the first class to introduce swimmers to deep end practices. Penguins will be swimming full length laps to increase mental/physical strength and endurance. This level works to develop a foundation for all 4 competitive strokes, rhythmic breathing, lap swimming, and diving.
